Abstract
In this paper, we propose an extended form of a fixed point method for processing the large and sparse linear complementarity problem (LCP). We obtain an equivalent form of LCP by using two positive diagonal matrices and prove the equivalence. For the proposed method, we provide some convergence conditions when the system matrix is a P-matrix or an H+-matrix or a symmetric positive definite matrix.
